Is Dexafile really free to use?
Yes. All 34 tools are currently free to use. If that ever changes for any tool, we'll say so clearly on that tool's page.
How long do you keep my uploaded files?
Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of upload. Download links also expire after 1 hour.
Do your AI tools (Summarize PDF, Generate Questions, PDF OCR) read my file's content?
Yes — those specific tools process your file's content to generate the summary, questions, or extracted text you asked for. That processing is temporary and limited to your request; your files are never used to train AI models.
Is my data sold or shared with third parties?
No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't use your data for advertising or profiling.
Can I request early deletion of my files or account data?
Yes — email us at dexafile@gmail.com with your request and we'll handle it manually ahead of the automatic deletion window.
